  • Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by courier delays or external factors.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include additional delivery fees depending on location.
  • Promotional free shipping offers may apply during special campaigns.

We currently deliver to all major cities and regions across Pakistan, including:

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
  • Velmora Hub is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address or contact information.
  • If a parcel is returned due to incorrect details, re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Delays in Delivery

Delays may occur due to:

  • Public holidays
  • Natural disasters
  • High order volume

In such cases, we will try our best to ensure timely delivery but cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.


8. Undelivered or Returned Parcels

If a parcel is not delivered due to:

  • Customer unavailability
  • Incorrect address
  • Refused delivery

It may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.


9. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear images of the product and packaging
  • We will investigate and offer a replacement or solution if applicable
