- If a parcel is returned due to incorrect details, re-shipping charges may apply.

In such cases, we will try our best to ensure timely delivery but cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
8. Undelivered or Returned Parcels
If a parcel is not delivered due to:

- Incorrect address
- Refused delivery
It may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
9. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear images of the product and packaging
- We will investigate and offer a replacement or solution if applicable
